This is a mental health blog written by me (Nadia) a Psychology graduate and candidate for a Counselling Psychology doctorate (so it’s serious stuff).

I’m very much aware of the stigma around mental health and the lack of understanding around mental health issues, particularly amongst the Muslim population, so I’m using this space to share my knowledge and experience in the hope to raise awareness and understanding, as well as making use of it as a place for me to unravel my thoughts.
